Shipping Policy

We ship same day as orders are received via insured courier. If you have an account with a carrier, we can also send with CANADA POST, LOOMIS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, PUROLATOR, USPS or any other carrier you require. 

We charge you EXACTLY what the carriers charge us. We do not believe in adding extra on the freight portion of your invoice. 

We are specialists at international shipping so foreign clients can buy with confidence.

We believe our packaging is the best in the industry and are very confident you will receive your purchase in pristine condition. But if you do receive an item that appears to be broken, please take a picture of the item and packaging and contact us asap at info@creeksidefarmtoys.com or call/text us at 306-535-1391. 

We will do everything we can to make things right if you receive a damaged item.  We will either send you a replacement item (if it’s not a one of one) or refund your purchase immediately or give you an in-house credit towards a future purchase. 

If you do need to return an item a prepaid return waybill will be emailed to you along with instructions regarding packaging.
